Full Private Access - Only one event is booked per date and all packages are priced as all inclusive. There are never any hidden fees or charges.

 

7,000+ sq ft barn - Plan your event layout with a generous hall, loft, covered porches and seating for over 300 guests.

 

Post and Beam pavilion - A unique outdoor space overlooking the pond - a perfect place to say “I Do” or enjoy cocktail hour.

 

On site coordinator - To ensure your day goes smooth, we are here to help you!

 

Setup & Breakdown - Tables, chairs & linens are included in your package along with the implementation of your custom event layout.

 

Various furniture & decor - We have your “something borrowed” covered with miscellaneous items like frames, mirrors and lanterns, that can be incorporated into your wedding decor.

 

Amenities - No detail has been overlooked! There is ample on site and handicap parking. All restrooms are large, temperature controlled and included baby changing stations.

 

Get Ready Rooms - Air conditioned and heated get ready rooms have been created with the wedding couple in mind. Each suite has a private outdoor entrance and bathroom access

 

Caterer’s Prep Room - You are welcome to use any caterer(s) you’d like and they can put on the finishing touches in our private catering prep space.

 

Resources - In addition to our preferred vendor list, we offer unlimited Finger Lakes visitors guides for you and your out of town guests.

 

Anniversary Photos - We’d love to host your first anniversary photoshoot in hopes that you will continue to build your happily-ever-after memories that started at Dutch Harvest.

 

Operation Sunshine - After your big day, we’d love to help with the clean up by gifting your floral arrangements to area nursing homes and hospitals.
